The Team
Keywill Construction Consulting, LLC was started by WILLIAM KEY, who has been in the construction industry for almost twenty years performing ground-up construction as well as building remodels across many different structure types. His experience working with all of the integral parts and materials that make up a building often lead him to consulting with clients on ways to extend the longevity of a structure or how to mitigate issues from underlying problems. William quickly realized there is a more formal need of this type of service across multiple industries and institutions, so he has compiled a team, and is now servicing the inspection and assessment needs under Keywill Consulting, LLC.

TYLER WILLIAMS is the other integral part of the Keywill team and is licensed and certified in performing real estate inspections. He also has over twenty years of experience in the construction field and has been performing both residential and commercial construction since the start of his career. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning and Development, and a Minor in Construction Science. His initial experience was performing home warranty calls which then lead to home building and later progressed into commercial construction. Tyler knows buildings as he has built over 100 homes from the ground up to completion and has built/remodeled over 70 million dollars in dealerships, schools, churches and homes. During his time as a lead superintendent, Tyler worked with most all aspects of building, construction materials, and the intricate specialties of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Keywill Construction Consulting, LLC, is fortunate to have Tyler since he has the industry experience needed to build confidence for our clients through performing detailed inspections. TREC#25574
